This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the registered business name and address once TradeLink is formally registered as a sole trader or limited company.

Depending on how you use the platform, TradeLink may collect:

• Employer information such as company name, contact person, hiring requirements and role details.

• Create Candidate Packs for prospective employers as part of the recruitment process.
• Communicate with you about your application, opportunities and platform updates.
• Operate, maintain and improve the TradeLink service.
• Meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

TradeLink processes your information on the legal bases of your consent, the performance of a service you have requested, TradeLink's legitimate interests in running a recruitment platform, and legal obligations where applicable.

TradeLink stores personal information using reputable third-party service providers that implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. Access to personal information is limited to authorised personnel who require it to operate the service.

TradeLink may share your information only where necessary for the recruitment process:

• With prospective employers considering you for a role, via Candidate Packs or introductions.
• With trusted service providers (for example hosting, email and storage providers) acting on TradeLink's instructions.

TradeLink is intended for people entering or working in the trades and is not directed at children under 16. TradeLink does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without appropriate consent.
