This Privacy Policy explains how TradeLink collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information of everyone who uses the TradeLink website and services — including apprentices, qualified tradespeople and employers. TradeLink aims to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection law.

TradeLink processes your information on the legal bases of your consent, the performance of a service you have requested, TradeLink's legitimate interests in running a recruitment platform, and legal obligations where applicable.

TradeLink stores personal information using reputable third-party service providers that implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. Access to personal information is limited to authorised personnel who require it to operate the service.
